Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Customers must contact our support team with their order details to initiate the return process.
• Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our team.

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Refund processing usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the shipping package
• A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the product.
• Full refund.
• Store Credit (where applicable).

If Store Credit is issued, it will be credited within 7–10 business days and will remain valid for 90 days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
